Dear Timberlane Families,
This letter is to inform you that I will be recommending Ms. Melissa Lauri for the position of interim Principal at Toll Gate Grammar School to our Board of Education. Ms. Lauri has been a Vice Principal at Timberlane for 6 years. During that time, she has proven herself as a strong educational leader and advocate for the families she serves. While I know this is a loss to Timberlane, I am confident that Ms. Lauri is well-qualified to be the leader that our Toll Gate families need as the former principal moves forward to new opportunities.
In anticipation of this transition, we have already started the process of identifying a worthy interim replacement for Ms. Lauri. We are confident that this can be accomplished well before Ms. Lauri assumes her new role at Toll Gate Grammar School. We will be working closely with your building leadership to interview and identify candidates. We will be communicating more information in the upcoming weeks about the next steps.
