The Capital Health Auxiliary will be hosting the first annual “Caring for Our Community Carnival” at Alliger Park in Hopewell Township, New Jersey from Thursday, Oct. 1 to Sunday, Oct 4. It is an opportunity for the Hopewell community to come together to share in a fun and enriching family experience while showing support for our local hospital. The Caring for Our Community Carnival is the group’s largest fundraiser and will be used to support the educational and health initiatives that Capital Health Medical Center offers for women and children in our Hopewell, Hamilton, Ewing, and Trenton Communities.
During the event, visitors can enjoy great games, thrilling rides, delicious food, and a 50/50 raffle! We welcome everyone to come to the hospitality tent to pick up patient educational materials on various medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and nutrition. The Auxiliary would also encourage you to stop by their own, “Capital Grill” for a bite to eat! For the convenience of the public, there will be a drop off area at Alliger Park, but all parking will be at Capital Health Medical Center (Lot B – Employee Parking Area). Shuttle service will be provided to and from the carnival at Alliger Park. The only parking available at Alliger Park will be for the handicapped and volunteers.
