Deepest Sympathies to Victims of Fatal Titusville Crash

The Hopewell Township Police Department issued a statement this afternoon, regarding the Monday’s fatal motor vehicle accident

The Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Office has positively identified Arthur Reed (42 years of age, Lambertville, NJ) as the driver of the Ford Crown Victoria that was involved in the fatal motor vehicle crash on Route 29, on Monday.

The Middlesex County Medical Examiner’s Office has also positively identified Mark Leary (58 years of age, Lambertville, NJ) as the passenger of the Ford Crown Victoria.

Flags at the Hopewell Valley September 11th and Emergency Services Memorial  fly at half staff remembering Lambertville Firefighter Mark Leary Sr., as the community mourns this loss.

The driver of the truck, James Bilton (59 years of age, Edgewater Park, NJ), has been issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lane and careless driving.

The crash remains under investigation by the Hopewell Township Police Department and the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office Serious Collision Response Team.
