Art & Song: A Concert at Trenton City Museum

Trenton City Museum presents the concert Art & Song: A Musical Gallery Friday, June 12, at 6:30 p.m. Versatile vocalists Tom Chiola and Pam Jorgensen, accompanied by the George Sinkler Trio, will delight audience members with selections from Broadway, Blues, Jazz, and more. Transformed into a stylish jazz café, the museum will also provide delicious food and beverages amid the art of the just-opened Ellarslie Open 43 exhibition. Doors will open at 6 p.m. for the 6:30 event.
Admission to the concert is $45 general public; $40 for museum members. Admission includes food and beverages. Seating is limited. Advance reservations strongly recommended. Reserve at ellarslie.org/events or 609-989-1191.
ABOUT TRENTON CITY MUSEUM AT ELLARSLIE
Trenton City Museum is housed in Ellarslie Mansion, an 1848 Italianate Villa on the National Historic Register. Located in historic Cadwalader Park, it is accessible by car from Parkside Ave. and has ample, accessible parking alongside the museum. The museum showcases exhibitions of contemporary fine art, ongoing and changing history displays that explore Trenton’s rich industrial and cultural past and hosts numerous community events and family workshops year-round. It is open Thursdays through Saturdays, 12 to 4 p.m.; Sundays, 1 to 4 p.m. There is no admission fee to view the museum’s art and history exhibitions, but donations are welcomed.
