Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta D. Marbrey reported that an investigation by the Mercer County Prosecutor’s OfficeSpecial Victims Unit, the Lawrence Township Police Department, and the West Windsor Police Department has led to the arrest of a guidance counselor at Notre Dame High School in Lawrence Township.
The 53 year old man is charged with second degree endangering the welfare of a child and third degree aggravated criminal sexual contact. He was arrested on April 15, 2026, and currently is being held in the Mercer County Corrections Center pending a court appearance.
A 14-year-old Notre Dame High School student disclosed to police that earlier this month, the guidance counselor drove her to the Mercer County Community College campus in West Windsor, where he committed acts of sexual contact against her while in his vehicle. The investigation also revealed that he sent suggestive text messages to the victim.

Despite having been charged, every defendant is presumed innocent until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
