The following is information provided by the Hopewell Township Police Department:
DWI/ Motor Vehicle Crash: On 11-6-2016 at 7:39 pm, Officer Lincoln Karnoff was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on West Broad Street at Louellen Street (RT 518). There were no reported injuries. While speaking to one of the drivers, who was identified as a resident of Skillman NJ, the Officer smelled the odor of alcohol on her breath and person. After roadside sobriety testing, she was placed under arrest for DWI. She was transported to police headquarters where she was processed and released after being cited for DWI, Reckless Driving and Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash. Her case will be heard in Borough Court.
