Princeton Federal Credit Union Appoints Dana Caragine as President & CEO

Princeton Federal Credit Union has named Dana Caragine as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, succeeding longtime CEO Samuel J. Paulicelli as he retires after 21 years of service.
Caragine, a Princeton University alumna, joined the credit union in 2024 as Senior Director of Lending and Marketing and brings more than two decades of experience in banking, investment advisory, and digital strategy. Board Chair Adam Coyne said Caragine’s “vision, leadership, and commitment to member service” stood out during a national search.
Caragine said she is “honored and humbled” to lead the credit union and emphasized her passion for expanding financial opportunity and strengthening member engagement. Under her leadership, Princeton Federal Credit Union plans to continue modernizing services and deepen community partnerships.
Penn Medicine Princeton Health Names Dann Dingle Chief Operating Officer

Penn Medicine Princeton Health has appointed Dann Dingle as its new Chief Operating Officer, elevating a veteran leader with more than 20 years of experience at the health system.
Dingle previously oversaw emergency management, support services, and major infrastructure projects, including Princeton Health’s pandemic response and the new Penn Medicine Princeton Cancer Center now under construction. As COO, he will oversee facility operations, pharmacy, laboratory services, security, nutrition, and engineering, while helping guide long-term planning across the hospital.
Dingle holds advanced degrees in healthcare administration and health science, and has specialized emergency management certifications.
Lawrence Hopewell Trail Welcomes Three New Board Members



The Lawrence Hopewell Trail (LHT) has appointed Andy Hamlin, Sophie Purgavie, and Nick Kant to its Board of Trustees, strengthening the leadership behind the 20-mile walking and biking trail that connects Hopewell and Lawrence Townships.
- Hamlin, recently retired from The Hun School of Princeton, brings decades of nonprofit advancement experience at The Lawrenceville School and Princeton Day School.
- Purgavie, a Hopewell Township resident and community volunteer, is a strategist with more than fifteen years of experience helping global brands grow and evolve.
- Kant, a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, has extensive experience in consumer protection, government oversight, and regional planning. He joins the board in his personal capacity.
Trustees support fundraising, community partnerships, and long-term trail development. The LHT continues to expand its network of accessible, family-friendly paths throughout both townships.
