Registration required: PenningtonLibrary.org/AuthorVickiWeisfeld

Local author Victoria Weisfeld discusses her book, Architect of Courage, with the Pennington Public Library.

In summer 2011, the orderly life of Manhattan architect Archer Landis is upended by the murder of the woman he loves. When, to his surprise, the authorities link her to the Arab American community, their reflexive conclusion is “terrorist.” Landis sets out to prove them wrong but is hindered by additional mysterious attacks on everyone and everything he holds dear. To overcome these tragedies—and to survive—Landis must confront prejudice, self-doubt, the limits of loyalty, and a need for redemption that transcends revenge.

About the Author: Some thirty of Victoria Weisfeld’s short stories have appeared in leading mystery magazinesand anthologies, winning awards from the Short Mystery Fiction Society and the Public Safety Writers Association. Her first mystery thriller, Architect of Courage, was published June 2022 by Black Opal Books to a warm reception. She’s a reviewer for the UK website, crimefictionlover.com, and blogs at www.vweisfeld.com.
