If you live in the area, you’ve been to the Hamilton YMCA — swim lessons, birthday parties — It is a great organization with a fantastic facility.

Hamilton YMCA Spring Fling is this Thursday, June 12 from 5:30 to 8:30 at the Stone Terrace, Hamilton. Cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served. Summer attire is encouraged.

Honorees this year are:

  • Frank J. Lucchesi, PSE&G Regional Public Affairs Manager, is receiving the “Man of the Year”
  • Cablevision is being given the “Community Enrichment Award”
  • Pasquale “Pat” Colavita, Mercer County Freeholder, is being honored as “Everyday Hero”

Mary Galioto is the founder, publisher and editor of MercerMe. Originally from Brooklyn, Mary has progressively moved deeper and deeper into New Jersey, settling in the heart of the state: Mercer County.
