Lt. Bill Springer, of the Hopewell Township Police, officially retired today following a 25 year career. He was greeted by family, friends, and police officers from many departments as he “Walked Out” of police headquarters for the final time.
Springer served as the department’s Officer in Charge before the appointment of Chief James Rosso
