At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Hopewell Township Board of Fire Commissioners which was held on June 28th, Michael Hammond was sworn in as a Specialist with Hopewell Valley Emergency Services.
Specialist Hammond is a certified Firefighter, an EMT and a New Jersey State Certified Fire Inspector. Hammond comes to Hopewell after working at the Trenton Mercer Airport as a firefighter and EMT. In his off duty time, he volunteers with the Lawrenceville Fire Company.
He resides in Lawrence Township with his wife, Lauren and their son.
