Please be advised that on or about Monday, July 6, 2020, Pennington-Harbourton Road will be closed for bridge repairs to Mercer County Structure Nos. 214.13 and 214.14, which are located on Pennington-Harbourton Road between Hallett Drive and Jacobs Creek in Hopewell Township.  Construction will take place from 9am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday and will be completed using in-house personnel. Mercer County anticipates construction will take approximately sixty (60) calendar days to complete, weather permitting.

Repairs would be completed to one structure at a time. During this time, Pennington-Harbourton Road would be closed to through traffic on a 24/7 basis but accessible to local residents up to the structure where repairs are being made. A detour will be posted directing motorists to use Bear Tavern Road, Pennington-Titusville Road and Scotch Road.
