Tourism in Hopewell Borough is getting wild! Five Hereford cattle were seen wandering the historic downtown yesterday having escaped their digs on Reynolds’ Farm at the end of East Prospect Street on the outskirts of town.
The cows were even spotted at Hopewell Elementary School. HES principal David Friedrich shared the calamity on twitter.
With the help of community members and the Hopewell Township Police Department, they were returned to their farm. HTPD was contacted and did not offer comment.
