Titusville was out in all its glory to celebrate the nation’s birthday today. Thanks to Jamie Swanson and her amazing team who put the parade together and made a wonderful event for everyone to enjoy. Highlights included the new Titusville Kitchen in a retro-fitted airstream dishing out pulled pork and other treats; balloon animals; birch beer floats; great music from the River Dogs; a fantastic rendition of the Star Spangled Banner by highly-talented 5th-grader Sasha Heimann; and this reporter’s favorite event: the baby parade!

Great food was provided by the Titusville Kitchen – coming soon to the buildings on Rt. 29, just north of Church Rd
Earlier in the week, the The Hopewell Valley Veterans Association along with the Hopewell Township Recreation Department hosted the annual classic car show, band concert and awesome fireworks display at Woolsey Park.
