Hopewell Township will host a free Tree Seedling Giveaway on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Hopewell Township Public Works Building.
The event invites residents to pick up young trees to plant at home, helping expand the township’s tree canopy while supporting cleaner air, wildlife habitat, and neighborhood beautification.
Township officials note that even small plantings contribute to long-term environmental benefits. “Trees help beautify our community, improve air quality, and support local wildlife — one seedling at a time,” organizers said in announcing the event.
